By using the Ticket Stubs with Promotion Coupon to redeem multiple offers at selected restaurants and merchants, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.

• This offer is valid from 24 March 2014 to 13 April 2014 (both days inclusive).
   
• This offer is only available to the holders of valid Ticket Stubs with promotion coupon (“Customers”).
   
• This offer is only available at the selected restaurants and merchants after the show time stated on the Ticket Stub.
   
• Ticket Stub and promotion coupon have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in lieu of cash.
   
• Ticket Stub and promotion coupon cannot be returned for any refund of the purchase price or part of the purchase price of the movie tickets.
   
• This offer is valid for dine-in only unless otherwise stated by the selected restaurants or merchants.
   
• Each Ticket Stub and promotion coupon can only be used once to redeem this offer unless otherwise stated.
   
• Ticket Stub and promotion coupon will be collected at the time of redemption of this offer and will not be returned to the Customers.
   
• Photocopy of Ticket Stub and promotion coupon will not be accepted for this offer. Damaged, defaced or altered Ticket Stubs and promotion coupon will be invalid.
   
• Neither Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the restaurant nor the merchant shall be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen Ticket Stubs and promotion coupon.
   
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotion, discount or cash vouchers.
   
• Reproduction, photocopying, sale, auction or trade of Ticket Stubs and promotion coupon is strictly prohibited.
   
• HKTDC reserves the rights to modify or alter these Terms and Conditions or to vary or discontinue this offer at any time without any prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation and decision of HKTDC shall be final and conclusive.
   
• All offers provided by and participation of the Selected Local Cinemas and selected restaurants and merchants are subject to change without prior notice and HKTDC shall not be in any event responsible for such changes. Any additional fees or prices over and above the offer, as may be charged by the selected restaurants and merchants in redeeming this offer shall be borne solely by the Customers, and HKTDC encourages the Customers to review these Terms and Conditions and inquire the selected restaurants and merchants in detail prior to redemption of this offer.
   
• HKTDC shall not in any event be liable for any failure on the part of the Customers for whatever reason to enjoy this offer or any loss suffered by the Customers relating to this offer.
   
• Any attempted redemption or use of the Ticket Stub and promotion coupon that violates these Terms & Conditions shall render the Ticket Stub void and result in the forfeiture of the Customers’ eligibility to enjoy this offer.
   
• The offer can only be redeemed from 24 March 2014 to 13 April 2014 at selected restaurants and merchants in Hong Kong.
   
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
   
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Definition:

1. “Ticket Stub” refers to all stubs for the movie tickets purchased at the Selected Local Cinemas authorized outlets for the movie showing at the Selected Local Cinemas during 24 March 2014 to 13 April 2014 (both days inclusive). Exchange coupons, gala or press preview tickets, bulk purchase tickets and house booking tickets are not applicable for this offer.
    
2. “Selected Local Cinemas” refer to all cinemas in Hong Kong operated by member of the Hong Kong Theatres Association Limited.

By using the receipt with promotion coupon issued by Selected Restaurants and Merchants to save 10% on the purchase of movie tickets at the Selected Local Cinemas, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.

• This offer is valid from 24 March 2014 to 13 April 2014 (both days inclusive).
   
• This offer is only available at the Selected Local Cinemas.
   
• Customers who present a printed receipt with the “Enjoy Great Movies Enjoy Special Offer” stamp issued by any selected restaurants and merchants during 24 March 2014 to 13 April 2014 (both days inclusive) (“Receipt”) will save 10% on the purchase of regular-priced movie tickets from 24 March 2014 to 13 April 2014 (both days inclusive).
   
• This offer is only available to the holders of Receipts with a promotion coupon (“Customers”).
   
• This offer is available at box office of Selected Local Cinemas only, mobile apps/online/telephone ticketing/bulk purchase and house booking is not applicable for this offer.
   
• This offer is applicable to all cinemas in Hong Kong, except the below cinemas and houses (“Selected Local Cinemas”):
   
  1. Director’s Club at UA Cityplaza, Phoenix Club at UA iSQUARE, UA Galaxy Cinema, all IMAX Theatres, all dolby Atmos films, Cine Times, Cine Grand Century and Standard Chartered Starsuite at The Grand; The Metroplex VIP House;
      
  2. Hong Kong Arts Centre agnes b. CINEMA, Sunbeam Theatre and Lux Theatre.
  
   
• This offer is not applicable to:
   
  1. Movies with special engagement with the film distributors;
      
  2. Preview shows, special shows & Film Festivals;
      
  3. Golden Harvest Cinemas Motion Chair D-Box Movie, Sunbeam Theatre Chinese Opera Show; and
      
  4. All Tuesday shows, morning shows, special midday shows, and tickets for student, children, senior, bcinephile members, and GH Moviegoer.
  
   
• This offer is only applicable to regular-priced movie tickets. The price of the ticket after 10% off shall be rounded up to the unit if there is any decimal point.
   
• Please present the valid receipt with promotion coupon prior to the purchase of movie tickets, Each Receipt and promotion coupon can only be used once for the purchase of maximum 4 movie tickets at one Selected Local Cinemas unless otherwise stated.
   
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotion, discount or cash vouchers.
   
• The Select Local Cinemas reserve the final right of decision on all matters concerning the use of this offer.
   
• Receipt and promotion coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or used in lieu of cash.
   
• Receipt and promotion coupon cannot be returned for any refund of the price or part of the price stated on the Receipt.
   
• Receipt and promotion coupon will be collected at the time of redemption of this offer and will not be returned to the Customers.
   
• Neither Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the seller nor the merchant is responsible for lost, damaged or stolen receipts and the promotion coupon.
